Founded in 2007, providing you the angler, the toughest, most dependable custom tackle available.

Being a seasoned fisherman of 35+ years myself, I demand excellent quality, durability and value out of my fishing gear as well as my tackle.  I founded this tackle company to provide you with the product of my experience and research.  The result is a line of fishing rigs that are of Extreme Quality and Extreme Value.  As you read further into the design page, you will understand just what it takes to carry the name "Extreme".
We've all heard the stories about "the one that got away".  Well, sorry guys, you won't be able to blame it on tackle failure any more.  In fact in the many years I have been using these rigs, never have I lost a fish due to rig failure.  Thats a fact!

I have lived in Kingwood with my wife Dawn and our four baby girls, Cinnabon, Bonnie, Ebony and Ivory for the last 10 years.  Three of our girls are rescued animals.  Bonnie from the streets of North Houston and Ebony and Ivory from the Ninth Ward of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.  They are very good girls as you can see and not are not spoiled in any way whatsoever.... Yeah right!!

I love living in Kingwood, but I put up with all the pine straw...  I am an ex engineer previously with Motorola Inc.  Having been a fisherman since I was about 4 years old, living in several places in the US and abroad has given me a wide knowlege base of many different species and techniques.  From striper fishing in Rhode Island and bay fishing in Corpus Christi, to bass, northern pike, muskie and steelhead in and around Chicago and now surf, shark and offshore fishing on the upper Texas coast.

Recently my wife and I had the opportunity to spend a week in Washington State.  It was an awesome trip and the weather in September was quite refreshing in contrast to the 100+ degree days we deal with around Houston.

We visited a German Town east of Seattle and then drove southeast to Paradise, the highest driveable point (5400ft) on Mt. Ranier.

Too bad the mountain was obscured by clouds but the drive up was incredible.

Also toured Pikes Place near the seattle waterfront and threw a fish at the famed fish market.  Seemed like everyday was shopping in some form or another until the last afternoon in town we went out to whats callled fishermans depot and actually caught Captain Keith Colburn, his brother Monte and his deck hand, Lenny on the boat.

Got to take a brief tour of the F/V Wizard and shot a couple of pictures with the guys.  What a great day!!  Never did tell Keith that I was wearing my F/V Cornelia Marie t-shirt...
